Hostal La Montoreña is located in the heart of the old Jewish quarter of the city, just minutes from the Cathedral and Alcazar. The Hostal is tucked away amongst the narrow pedestrian streets which lead to several plazas and churches in the Santa Cruz neighborhood. A renovated 19th century Sevillian house with a central Andalusian patio, Hostal La Montoreña offers the luxury of an excellent location for those traveling on a budget. The hostal includes two floors of rooms in the main building, plus additional rooms in a building just next door.
Rooms are located on the first and second floors of the main building of Hostal La Montoreña, and offer the basic comforts. The double rooms on the upper floor have air conditioning. There is one triple room with a small private terrace located in the adjacent building.
Pension La Montoreña is located in the heart of the old Jewish Quarter, in a typical Seville in the late nineteenth century, next to an ancient synagogue (now the Church of St. Bartholomew), Pilate House fence and a few minutes of Barrio Santa Cruz.

General Cancelation Policy
* Cancellations with less than 48 hours in advance: charge on your card credit for the first night.
No show: charge of 100%.
* Bridges and feasts (except Easter and April Fair):
cancellations less than 1 week in advance: charge on your card credit the full amount of the first night.
Groups:
Cancellations less than 30 days before arrival: charge 10% of the amount total reservation.
With less than 15 days: charge 25% of total booking.
Less than 3 days before arrival 50% charge.
No show: charge of 100%.
The cancellation of up to 10% of the total number of the group until 7 days before arrival, not generate costs.
Booking Conditions for Easter And Feria de Abril
* Minimum 4 Nights.
* You need to pay 50% of total reserves at the time of
confirm. The balance will be charged before arrival.
The establishment will implement a special cancellation policy during the
high season (from 01/04/2012 to 08 April and from 23.04.2012 to
April to 05/05/2012).
For these periods, will pay 50% of the reservation at the time of the
confirmation. The remaining 50% will be charged before 1 March.
If you wish to cancel your reservation before 28 Feb, we will refund you the 50% .
If cancellation made between 30 and 15 days before arrival, you
charged 25% of the total reservation.
If cancellation takes place between 15 and 7 days before date of arrival,
will be charged 50% of the total reservation.
Cancellations within 7 days of arrival will not be refunded.
