We are an ideal venue for both business and leisure guests and welcome the Single Traveller, Couples, Families, and Small Groups that include Exhibition Visitors and Conference Delegates
We have twelve bedrooms - eleven of which are ensuite, and one with its own private facilities. We have a range of single, double, twin, triple, quad and family rooms available.
Our hotel is inspected annually and has secured Bournemouth Quality Standards (BQS) approval.
All rooms are double glazed (bar one) and have individually-controlled central heating as well as colour TV and Tea and Coffee making facilities. You can catch sea 'glimpses' as you walk up the front steps - and from all front bedrooms.
We have a residential licence and our bar opens on evenings of exceptional conviviality!
A Continental Breakfast is served each morning.
Wi-Fi Internet Access is available free of charge to all our guests.
Most credit and debit cards are accepted.
Bournemouth International Airport runs daily scheduled flights to many UK airports as well as a number of International and European destinations.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully as you are entering into a legally binding contract.
Payment
We accept reservations online, by telephone, post or email.
All bookings are secured against a credit or debit card and we will take a 10% non refundable deposit. Full payment may be required at the time of booking.
The balance of your payment will be taken on arrival. We accept cash and most credit/debit cards. We do not accept cheque payments.
We ask that customers bring with them the credit/debit card on which the booking was secured. Production of the card on arrival is a condition of the booking however payment is made.
The person making the booking will be responsible for paying all monies due.
There is no charge for debit card payments and cash payments, however, credit card payments carry a 3% charge.
The debit or credit card is taken as security against the actions and behaviour of all individuals in the party and their guests and to cover any loss or damage to any room whether occupied by the cardholder or not.
Cancellations
Cancellations that take place within one week of the start of the booking we reserve the right to charge you the full cost of the stay as booked. This applies to a cancellation by any one individual within a group and to any curtailment in the duration of stay booked.
Check in / reception
Please note that our reception is not 24 hours.
We ask that all arrivals be scheduled and timed. Check-In is normally from 5.00pm - 9.00pm except by prior appointment.
We do not have safes or a safety deposit box and cannot be responsible for any property lost, stolen or damaged.
Breakfast
Breakfast is served in the dining room between 08.00am - 9.00am .
If you require special arrangements, please call us in advance of your stay to agree as appropriate.
Check out / Departures
Check out is at 10.00 am to allow time for room cleaning for incoming guests.
Smoking
Is not permitted anywhere in the hotel.
Anyone found to have been smoking in a bedroom will incur a one day airing and cleaning fee.
General
We expect our customers to take reasonable care of our property and we reserve the right to charge for any loss or damage, including key / key fob sets if they are lost or not returned on departure. Key sets charges are £30.
Services are subject to availability and we will do our utmost to provide accommodation as booked. If for any reason we do need to cancel or change your reservation, we will contact you as soon as possible.
