In the very center of Split you can find the House-Hotel SIMONI that offers its guests a unique atmosphere in the newly refurbished rooms and apartments. SIMONI has built its family tradition since 2004. Out staff will work tirelessly to make your stay in our Hotel-House as pleasant as possible. You will treasure your memories of your vacation with us.
In our newly furnished house, rooms and (studio) apartments are equipped exclusively and each has its own mini kitchen, private bathroom, air conditioning and satellite TV. Some of them have a large balcony overlooking the sea and the Diocletian Palace. We can offer you accommodation in rooms which are situated on the ground floor of our Hotel-House. Our staffs will tire to maximize your stay in our hotel-house as pleasant as possible to remain in your memory.
If you don't want apartments we can offer you accommodation in cheaper rooms which are situated on the ground floor of our Hotel-House.
Our staff will try to make your stay in our hotel-house as pleasant as possible to remain in your memory.
Your car can get to the entrance door and there is free parking in front of our house.
If you are coming from the airport we can meet you there and offer you a transfer (cheaper than a taxi) to the hotel-house.

Payment is only in cash (Croatian Kuna or Euro).
After receiving the keys of the apartment in the reception, the guest is obliged to pay for all nights in advance.
