Probably the worst hostel we have ever been. The staff was lout and cheater, they tried to steal money from us all the time. They were illiterate as they coudn't even count money and they don't speak other languages then Darrija and a bit of Arabic. It was really difficult to communicate (for the record we speak 6 languages included Arabic). The hostel was dirty and smelling of humidity, breakfast was ridicously pitiful and there was no privacy, male and females mixed together all the time. Irene, from Italy ~ 23rd Aug 2011

THE GOOD: Nice location in the middle of the Medina, decent breakfast, hot showers, good wi-fi, nice roof terrace, easy to meet other travelers. THE BAD: Impossible to find without a guide (US$5 for a guide from the nearest bus stop at the plaza), staff wakes everyone up at 8AM with loud voices in the common area, bring flip-flops for the bathroom floor which is always wet.
