There was no one in reception when I arrived. When the person on reception desk finally returned they did not acknowledge me and did not tell me how long they would be. The staff member just ignored me until finally they were ready to serve me. More customer acknowledgement would be good. Other than that it was great. I had a lovely room and a taxi was ordered for the morning which was nice! Victoria, from Australia ~ 31st May 2011
