I wanted to stay in the hotel for Heimtextil fair. I couldn\'t enjoy any day in the hotel, because after to do the reservation and payed it, I received a short email telling me that my reservation had been cancelated because the hotel was full.I phoned to the hotel and the staff person told me that they had some free rooms. I didn\'t understand nothing.So I couldn\'t go to hotel and I received my money 15 days after some phone calls and some emails.
