the location is good to explore the city. the hostel itself is quite big, very noisy with lots of young people bus groups. as some other people have said, i too would recomend to get rid of the filthy carpets and replace them by easy to clean and alergy friendly flooring. i have forgotten something in the hostel and look forward to getting it back as promised on the phone. the bathrooms were very clean and the staff at reception very friendly. the breakfast that was included in my price was good Katrin, from Germany ~ 17th Apr 2012

On arrival on the hostel, the information was v poor from staff. The did not tell us where the shower rooms where. Our window did no close and we complained as we had no sleep for the downstairs bar and surrounding bars which were on till 3am. There solution to the problem was give us blankets and water bottles. We wouldnever stay in this hostel again.

Due to our fantastic location sometimes noise can be a factor but we always try our best to put all online bookings on our highest floor like in your case, being on the 7th floor. All rooms are fitted with heating and I�m glad the staff assisted you with extra blankets and hot water bottles
