I don't know what was happened but my reservation was no in a system and there were no any other free rooms so I need about 3 hours to find a new hotel (in Saturday it is not easy) Siarhei, from Belarus ~ 26th Sep 2011

This place should not be advertised. Upon arrival the manager at reception demanded cash, although it was not mentioned in the booking at the time of reservation. It was filthy to start. I went few flights of steps up unlit hallway to the top floor to - I presume - one of the 'better' rooms, only to end up with multiple bites - the place is infested with bed bugs, seems like a common problem in Belgium.
