ARPACAY is modern and cosy hostel located in centre of Prague (in non turist quarter SMICHOV), well connected with all attractions. You can reach all sights in 10-15 minutes by direct tram (the stop is right in front of hostel) or by metro (just 4 stops to Mustek in Old Town = 6 minutes).
At the hostel you can also find 2 stylistic COMMON ROOMs with SAT TV, ROOF TERRACE with a beautiful Prague scenery. New laundry right at the hostel. All dormitories have PERSONAL LOCKERS and reading-lamps for everyone. FREE LUGGAGE ROOM. You can store your luggage at the reception if your arrival is earlier than check-in time or your departure is planned for later afternoon and you want to go to the city before you leave.
Main RECEPTION is open daily from 7:00 - 24:00.
NO CURFEW - you'll get your own key (after paying a deposit of 300 CZK/10€) when you check-in and you will keep it for all your stay.
CHECK-IN time is from 12:00 till 24:00. If you need to arrive a bit earlier you are more than welcome to come and have a coffee or shower before you check-in. In case you are arriving after 24:00 please call to hostel reception to let us know before your arrival and a receptionist will wait for you .
CHECK-OUT time is by 10:00.
SANITARY FACILITY: sanitary facility is always shared by 2-3 rooms. Only apartements have their own facility.
COOKING: Guests of our hostel can use 3 fully equipped self service kitchens + these are also in each apartement.
The rooms are situated in two separate buildings facing each other across the street (APARCAY hostel RED and GREEN). Both buildings have their own reception and breakfasts are served in both of them.
BREAKFAST (for free) is served 7:00 - 10:00 and includes ham, cheese, jam, honey butter, bread and bread rolls, cornflakes and cerealies with milk, coffee, tea or juice.
GUARDED PARKING is possible at the car park Na Knizeci for 160 CZK / 6 EUR a day (300 metres from the hostel, parking cards available at the hostel front desk).
The famous producer of Czech beer "Staropramen" in just 300m (visitor centre, restaurant and beer bar) - we highly recommend this attraction not only for the beer lovers. Big shopping centre Novy Smichov with supermarket Tesco (opened till midnight 7 days a week) and two cinemas are available at Andel (500 m). And lot of non turist restaurants, local pubs, cafes and clubs around.
Additional Information
In case you need cancel your booking or change dates or rooming do it please 1 day before your arrival. Cancellation and all changes made 24H before arrival are without any charge. Cancellation and all changes (rooming, number of persons,...) made on the day of arrival = you pay what you have booked (for the 1st night) and you are able to cancell just for the following nights. Please let us know in advance. Thank you for your understanding.
CHECK-IN time for new guests is from 12:00 till 24:00. The reception is open just till midnight!!! (own hostel key provided by check-in). Check - in before 12:00 is possible just in case the room is already cleaned (we clean and change bed linen between 10:00 and 12:00) or it was unbooked the last night. You can store your luggage at our luggage room for free anyway.
