Legends Guesthouse & Bar in Phuket, Thailand

Water supply stoped in the afternoon, then was fixed just for a couple of hours and finally, spent all night without water. This is unacceptable given the fact that you are required to pay the full lenght of your reservation in advance. Obviously i ended leaving the hostel, couldn't claim the refund due to hostels policy and also because the host rarely was there. Host spent limited hours at the reception. I would not say a word before the nightmare came. Everything is fine at the beginning -- good location; clean room; helpful host; Until: the water supply stopped! Could do nothing inside therefore we went out to take a walk by the beach, after reporting the problem to the host; hoping things will get fixed soon. To our surprise, if not disappointment, we returned to an Empty house Without water and Not a staff we could turn for help.
