The train station is located at the airport and trains run every 10 minutes to Amsterdam Central Station. Coming out of Central Station go straight across the bridge to the main street 'Damrak', then left on 'Damsquare', through ' Damstreet' and the first canal left and you're on Oudezijds Voorburgwal.
