Our private rooms and apartments are in good positions, offering a variety of views and outdoor spaces.
They are a maximum distance of 1200m from the reception centre at the Hotel Villa Belfiore, where you can find a restaurant, swimming pool and Piazzetta, with evening entertainment. They are divided by type according to the distance from the sea and their characteristics. 'Dune' are 50 to 300 metres from the beach entrance, 300 to 450 metres from the sea. The houses are in the front row with direct access to the road leading to the beach. This is the ideal solution for a holiday 'just dues'. 'Beach' are 350 to 450 metres from the beach entrance, just 500 to 700 metres from the sea. This beautiful location is on the landscape of the dunes, the sea and the wild green coast. The villas are located in a complex row, in Mediterranean style. Some can accommodate pets. 'Club' are 900 metres or more from the beach, about 1050 metres from the sea. This is an excellent location, the right distance from the sea and the sounds of the beach. You can enjoy a wonderful view and quiet houses. Some can accommodate pets. Breakfast is not included, but bed linen and towels are. Parking is free. |

Route from Cagliari (about 96 Km):
Leave the port or airport direction Sassari.
Follow for Oristano, take the SS131 street. Take the second exit Sanluri-Guspini and follow the signs to Marina di Arbus (immediately on the right).
Follow for Guspini.
Guspini - As you enter turn right on St. Antonio di Santadi. At the stop sign, turn right. Straight to the intersection, turn right, notice the Torre dei Corsari.
Marceddì - Straight on, passing the lagoon Marceddì.
St. Antonio di Santadi - a small fishing village, keep straight, still about 5 km and you're there.
Torre dei Corsari - go straight to the cross, take the left cross. You are in Via Vespucci. Go straight to the Hotel Villa Belfiori Reception (see map).
Route from Olbia and Golfaranci (approximately 200 km):
Leave port direction Cagliari Nuoro Sassari directly onto the SS131 street.
Direction Nuoro - Go away to the highway until Abbasanta.
Direction Cagliari - continue on the SS131, exit at Santa Giusta (approximately 86 km).
Direction Arborea - road, continue over the town until Marceddì, a small fishing village.
Marceddì - cross the bridge to the left of the church. This is a narrow bridge, but two cars side by side pass. At the end of the bridge forced the road to the stop sign. At the Stop turn right for St. Antonio di Santadi, a small village.

Leave port towards Cagliari - Oristano
Direction Cagliari - take the SS 131 street, exit at Santa Right (approximately 86 km)
