Hostel Sol Del Oro was a pleasure to stay in--VERY clean, wonderful breakfasts, quiet. In addition the staff were all incredibly kind and helpful! They allowed us to keep our things here overnight while we went on a trek to Colca Canyon, helped us to track down our Colca Trek group and even arranged a taxi for us to leave for Cusco (all of this AFTER we had already checked out!). This hostel was fantastic. The owner didnt speak English incredibly well but he was super sweet and was willing to help out whenever possible. It was also incredibly safe, clean and the terrace was great. tracy, from USA ~ 2nd Jun 2010
