With regards to directions to the Kama, there are a few options for you to get here, it's really up to you, but the taxi is best. If you are coming or going around rush hour 7:30-9 AM or 5-6:30 PM be aware of traffic and maybe taking the airport link would be advantageous.

Bangkok Taxi drivers don't know every nook and cranny of the city and they will probably not know where Kama Bangkok is located.

They are mostly familiar with one area of the city or the major expensive hotels here in Bangkok but not all of the city because it's HUGE, 1568 Sq. Km! Please make sure to print the map attached to this email.

And checkout our blog post about taxis in Bangkok: http://bit.ly/bangkoktaxis

They charge an additional 50 baht, which is like 2 US Dollars from the airport, its called the driver fee. Getting to and from the airport is best left to taxi's or airport ground transfer companies. Expect a charge of approximately 400 baht include Toll/Express Way charges, which are not the obligation of the taxi driver. Total time is around 30-40 mins depending on traffic.

You can take the airport link (Mass transit) to the city. I think it is something like 300 Baht per person. I would recommend you to get off at the last stop which is 'Phaya Thai' station and take the BTS station towards (Bearing) the station you need to get off at is BTS Station Siam, the main interchange station.

At the Siam Station you will need to exchange to another train, the other train is identified by signage saying to go in the direction of 'Wong Wan Yai' take that train to Saphan Taksin. Get off the train there. From there you can walk out to the main street and get a taxi. Please make sure to have the taxi-directions document printed or ready on your phone or other device. From there the taxi should cost about 30-50 Baht on meter. Below are useful links to BTS, Airport link , Chopraya River speed boat and MRT service map.

Located Near

We love our neighborhood because it's a truly authentic Thai neighborhood. There are temples, markets and Asiatique (an outdoor thai shopping area).

There's an amazing market street a block away that sells all types of Thai food on the street as well as other goods. We're also have easy access to the Sathorn, Silom, Siam and Sukhumvit areas.

The river taxi is a 10 minute walk away down a bustling market street. It's a fun walk.
