Access is via a key-card system, and the property is monitored 24 hours a day by CCTV and an on-site security guard.

Located in Bangkok-Yai, Thonburi, Wat Arun (Temple of the Dawn) is close by, and from here a river taxi or bus can take you easily to other parts of the city.

Getting around the city from Sivalai Place is very easy & convenient; there are many varieties & options (BTS skytrain, subway, bus and ,boat) of transportations which you can choose from. From Sivalai it takes (only 5 mins by tuk tuk at /40baht) to reach the pier, where you can experience a unique longtail boat ride & explore the most charming sites of Thai life style along the Chao Phaya river. This can include, taking a stop along the river to visit the Grand Palace, Wat Phra Kaew-the Emerald Buddha, Wat Pho- traditional Thai massage, Wat Arun the temple of Dawn where is situated the Reclining Buddha, etc.
