The Overstay in Bangkok, Thailand

Mad place to have fun but it is difficult to find if youve got no sesnse of direction. The rooms don't have locks which is a bit annoying but if you like to party and don't mind not having a proper bed its awesome Ashleigh, from Australia ~ 2nd Dec 2009

we did not stay at the overstay because when we arrived there were only drunk men in the \\\"lobby\\\" if that\\\'s what you would even call it and no reception area to check in... i would not recommend any females to stay there and i really do not think it should even be on hostels.com as the check in counter was a bar and they didn't even have our reservation when we got there and its also not in the best area, we def would not recommend it to anyone

Well, the Bangkok Hilton is our second business but unfortunately we are renovating and the hostel which offers basic accommodation, free food, and internet is the only other option. The check in was busy with our other guest laughing and inviting our new arrivals to take a load of (which in this girls case was a collection of suitcases), we always mention the place isn't for everyone, but it is for ANYONE who wants to stay. The address is 10700 not 90210.
