*directions coming from the west, e.g. quito, ambato, latacunga, riobamba, cuenca, guayaquil etc... as you enter ba�os, you will see the bus terminal on the right hand side. from the terminal, continue down the main road towards puyo for approx. 1.7km until you see the petrol station (primax) on the right hand side. directly opposite the petrol station is a road. turn left from the main road onto this road and continue up 200m. on the right hand side, you'll see a stone/dirt road sloping steeply downwards (this is el camino real). turn a sharp right here and we are 700m on the left hand side (the river side).*directions coming from the east, e.g. puyo, tena, macas, etc...after you pass the agoyan dam, continue up the road another 2km and you'll come to the small town of ulba. continue through ulba on the main road and you'll cross a bridge going over the rio ulba. continue up the main road and you'll go over 2 speedhumps. about 300m after the second speedhump, you'll see a petrol station (primax) on your left. directly opposite the petrol station is a road. turn right onto this road and continue up 200m. on the right hand side, you'll see a stone/dirt road sloping steeply downwards (this is el camino real). turn a sharp right here and we are 700m on the left hand side (the river side).

La Casa Verde is located on the Rio Pastaza. We are 300m from municipal thermal springs. There are local shops and restaurants nearby. La Casa Verde is close to the beautiful 'Chamana' waterfall and it's wonderful surrounding walks.
