About Catalina Hostel
Catalina is a hostel situated in the most glamorous area of Barcelona (Paseo de Gracia). Just a few minutes walk from shops, restaurants and bars.
The hostel has mixed rooms with shared bathrooms, two of which are ideal for groups (10-15 beds) and female en-suite rooms. The common area is a nice and spacious room where you may have breakfast, cook, read or just relax after a long journey.
If you did not bring your own blankets or towels, the hostel can rent them to you. Washing machine and tumble dryer are also available.
Upon confirmation of booking, we can provide you with exact directions from the airports, train and metro station. We are located near Diagonal metro station. From Diagonal, cross Diagonal Avenue and keep walking on Paseo de Gracia. You will find us in the building on the right hand side: Paseo de Gracia 116, 2nd floor.

I booked my stay 3 weeks in advance and a week before they emailed me about 25 times about how I need to go to a different address. I called the day of the booking and they said the address they sent me isn't the one I even go to, instead they booked us at "graffiti hostel" (completely horrible by the way). It's not the nicest looking place in the world, but its a block from the metro station Diagonal (with access to most of the major lines in the city), 10 minutes from Sagrada Familia and La Rambla, and the staff is super friendly. There are lockers in the rooms to store your things and I never felt uneasy leaving my valuables at home. If you're looking for a cheap, easy place to stay I would definitely recommend this hostel.
