The Hipstel is a brand new hostel which perfectly assembles modern design with Barcelona\'s authentic architecture. Strategically located at the gate of the most relevant districts in town, the hostel offers a pleasent sleep within walking distance to the endless attractions this city has for you!

Housed in a 150 years old building, The Hipstel blend style and elegance with amenities and modernism. It has been freshly rebuilt; but, it didn't lose the genuine art of the high ceilings and walls, as well as the authentic Spanish decoration!
From private rooms up to an 12-bed dorm, 24/7 multilingual receptionists will help you to plan your day around the city and your night around the countless bars.
In case you want to chill, come and enjoy our comfy lounge.
The kitchen is fully equipped.

Children NOT ALLOWED. Guests 16 to 18 years old only accepted with parents authorization. Pets not allowed. City Tax not included 0.72€ per person per night for the first 7 nights. Check-in is at 14:00, however, on very busy days, some guest will have to wait a bit longer. Check out 10:00, late check-outs under request charged as 1 more day. Commission 3% for card payments at check-in. Key 5€ deposit. No Bike Parking available. Reservations of 12 PEOPLE OR MORE are taken as GROUP RESERVATIONS with different policy and hostel will charge 50% NO REFUND. FOR LONG TERM RESERVATION (more than 14 nights) HOSTEL WILL CHARGE 50% OF THE TOTAL RESERVATION. * Breakfast with surcharge. Free cancellation up to 1 day before arrival and no charge will be made. In case of late cancellation or no-show, the hostel will charge 100% of the first night (minus the deposit).

From El Prat Aiport (you have 2 options, we recomend the bus shuttle)

Bus:
The Aerobus goes directly from outside the terminal (signs in the terminal building) and it costs 5,75 one way or 9.95 return. Get off at Placa Catalunya- Walk 4 blocks montain direction on Rambla de Catalunya up to Valencia st and then up to the 266.

Train:
From the airport there is only one train so you can't miss it.You will need to connect the metro and get off at Passeig de Gracia station, only 5 minutes from the hostel.

We recomend the Aerobus because is direct and faster.


Estacio del Nord Train Station.
The train station has conection with metro (underground). Take the green line untill Passeig de Gracia station. We are at 5 minutes!

Regular buses or metro
closest metro station: Passeig de Gracia (green, yellow and purple line)
buses in the area: 7,16, 17, 20, 22, 24, 28, 43

You must walk on Passeig de Gracia street, until Valencia st, then turn left until the 266. Reception is at the first floor. There is an elevator to help you with your luggage in case you need it!

The Hipstel is appropriately located within walking distance from most of Barcelonas highlight sites. Taking a stroll around Grcia neighborhood mean to walk through Gauds master pieces of art! Passeig de Grcia is a well known shopping avenue, with a touch of spanish architecture details everywhere. The outstanding street lamps, the marvelous balconies which offer a visual show to ones eyes in every step, wide sidewalks and plenty flowers decorating this fascinating scenary.
