the staff were very informative and helpful. the location isnt very close to main tourist sites, but it is right next to the train station which was more preferable for us. also with free transit cards for all guests, it didnt matter. the location is in a really awesome building, the rooms were very spacious and comfortable. the bathrooms could use more frequent cleaning, but were not by any means disgusting.
