hot water is really hot but the supply seems cant last longer than 4-5 minutes. don\'t take tram 13 from the main bus station. very nice owner, and in fact a good way to visit a communist era styled building nicely renovated inside. Gilbert kin bon, from Canada ~ 18th Mar 2012
