Lovely staff. The location is not very central but it's easy to get to the city center by bus. Breakfast is ok.

I find it strange that the bus that goes to the hostel doesn't connect to the train station.Maybe the hostel staff could make a re-routing suggestion to the municipal bus company ? However,this is no fault of the hostel.The staff is very professional and wonderful.

Overall this hostel is a clean and secure place. If you are traveling with kids it would be great, but not the atmosphere most 20-somethings are looking for. Make sure to notice that there is no kitchen open for your use. Also, The breakfast is just bread and coffee, so if you have food alergies make sure to bring your own.

The hostel is so difficult to find that I have to ask like millions of Italins to get there(funny thing is it also takes me like forever to get out of there,thanks for the warm Italins of Bergamo,they helped me so much although they don't quite speak English) However,from the park it does have an amazing view of the whole town. Rather clean and good staff,but it's just not like a hostel,the worst thing for me is can't use the kitchen. Lots of families stay here too,kids are a little noisy.
