Apartment Feeling at home

The Aparthotel 'Feeling at home' offers the same privacy and facilities of a good hotel with the added family feeling associated with the best Bed and Breakfast and the space of a whole apartment.

The property is located in the centre of Castenaso a lovely town near Bologna (aprox 10 km from Bologna's city center)

Our guests will have at their disposal an entire furnished apartment. It is composed of 2 bedrooms (one twin and one double room), a sunny livingroom (with TV, SKY decoder and ADSL connection for your laptop) with a spacious chill-out area, a large and well-furnished kitchen (with electric oven, stove, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven and coffee machine) and a bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi spa bath.

The double room, pleasantly furnished, will have the option of a third bed (upon request we can also provide a "little camping bed" for small children), a TV, a little safe for storing your valuables and a ceiling fan.

The second bedroom, even if slightly smaller, offers two comfortable single beds, a wardrobe and a ceiling fan.

The apartment has 6-7 beds. Some beds (3-4) can be located in the sofas of the living room.

The entire flat can be hired by 1 person: the cost is 50 Euro per night.
For the accommodation of more than 1 person, each adult spends an extra charge of 20 Euro per night (2 people -> 70 Euro, 3 people -> 90 Euro, etc.)
Children (from 0 to 10 years-old) will only pay 5 Euro extra per night (rather than 20); so a family of 2 adults and 2 children spend only 80 Euro (not 110).

Guests are required to clean the kitchen area (an additional 20 Euro will be charged if the kitchen has not been cleaned before check out).

Check in is between midday and 10 pm (unless otherwise arranged) and check out is at 10 am.

The payment is required upon arrival and can be made by cash or ATM card or all major Credit Cards (VISA or Mastercard).

A shuttle service is also available from/to the Train Station and the Airport (service available upon request with your booking - 15 Euro per trip for a maximum of 6 people).

Unfortunately we are unable to accept pets.
For italians law:
1. our apartment is a public area so it is a NO SMOKING area;
2. at check-in we have to register your identity; so we'll ask you your documents and keep them some hours.

A car could be very useful in particular for nightly transfer.

The town where you can walk in a raining day, without your umbrella, and remain dry!!!

The apartment is cleaned daily; the sheets will be changed every 4-5 days while clean towels will be provided every 2-3 days.

At check-in you will be given a key card to access, at any hour, the flat.

Breakfast will not be prepared for you but you will have all you need (included in the price) to start the day with a smile (coffee, milk, fruit juices, briosces, jam, etc.).
