Designed and built by legendary business man, Don Aristides Romero it is located by Boquete main road overlooking Rio Caldera, at Los Naranjos, very close to town center but far enough to get away from traffic.

Staff hours: 7.00 am - 6.00 pm (Spanish speaking - English assistance available upon request)

Breakfast is included and served from 7:00 am through 9:00 am.

Method of Payment upon arrival: Credit Cards (Visa or Mastercard)


Cancellations and Payment:

Full payment needs to be done by Credit Card until 3 days before the arrival (the property will contact you after your booking).

Refund policies on cancellations are as follows:
-100% refund with email cancellation received 3 days in advance of booked check in date.
-In case of a cancellation within the last 72 hours before your arrival or a No Show, 100 % of one night's stay will be kept, the rest will be refunded to your card.
-If no payment is received until 3 days before your arrival, the reservation will be cancelled.


Further rules:

The kitchen is off limits (unless renting the whole house).

Guests are expected to keep property entrance - exit gates and house doors closed at all times.

Guests will only be allowed to enter premises if previously booked. Only guests specified in bookings will be allowed (and should not exceed designed room capacity).

Abuse of alcohol or loud music is not allowed in the premises.
Smoking is not allowed in the property.
Pets are not allowed(unless renting the whole house and not inside the house).
On payment guest agrees to pay for any damage to the property or missing articles.
