the beds crack so if you turn your body slightly you will may be great noice. It is budget for sure. One night in transit will be very good.

The bathrooms were not very clean, the room was okay, but the beds are horrible, lumpy, hard and icky pillow. Good location, English speaking staff, very helpful and friendly. Great common room with internet access and place to visit. Laundry available on site. Good for one night, but not more

Very nice and helpful staff who spoke excellent English. Nice hostel which is quite a surprise as it is located in a trashy courtyard with rats! We lived in a private room with awful beds where you could feel the springs through the matresses. We'd still recommended though as there was free laundry and good location close to the city center.

I stayed at the Patio Hostel for eight days, which is a good five days longer than the average traveler in Bratislava, so I can safely comment on the lack of cleanliness there. The small cleaning staff seemed always to be working, yet it did not seem like a lot actually got cleaned besides the floors in the common areas and the kitchen table.
