Amazing pod beds are now available in dorm rooms with 10 and 16 beds. Pod bed features include individual power points, reading lights and curtains for extra privacy. They’re spacious and brand new!

Dorms and private rooms contain a wash basin only; shared showers and toilets are located throughout the building. The premium deluxe rooms contain full private bathroom facilities. Rates include a free continental breakfast for all our guests in our bar..... There are lockers in the rooms but you must provide your own lock. Linen is included and towels are available to rent for a small fee and deposit.
We have tons of free stuff! There's free Wi-Fi in reception, the bar and some rooms. There’s free use-it city maps and self-guided bike and walking tour maps, plus free walking tours of the city every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday afternoon as well as Saturday evenings.
We have loads of daily guest activities including pub crawls and beer tastings and our new team challenge Search and Destroyed! A scavenger hunt of our local area!
There’s Happy Hour every day in our authentic Belgian bar from 10am to 10pm. The bar is open daily from 8am.

Facilities include city attractions/events info, on site self service laundry, insured small, medium and large security lockers in the luggage room, bike rental (rental fee and deposit required) tablet rental at reception (low guest rates) and printing and photocopying facilities.
Reception is open daily from 8AM to midnight and there’s no lockout or curfew. Rooms have key card access and there’s security cameras throughout the main passages and doors for extra security. The night porter is here every night from midnight to 8AMm, so there’s always someone around.

Please note that a new tourism tax has been introduced by Bruges City Council taking effect from 1/1/15. This 'city tax' is 2.12 Euro per person per night and is not included in the price. Sorry for any inconvenience caused, but this was not the hostel's decision.
If you’re booking for four or more guests please email us immediately after booking to let us know, so that we can keep you in the same dorm.
Groups of 10 or more guests may be required to leave a credit card or cash deposit upon check-in.
We have a 24hr cancellation policy. Late cancellations and no-shows shall be charged the equivalent of the first night’s accommodation.
We advise you to let us know if you will be arriving after 11pm.

From the train station:
You can take bus 6 or 16 (going every 10 minutes). The driver will tell you which stop you take for the Bauhaus.
By car or coach:
Enter the Old City from the Circular Road around the town and then through the old 'Kruispoort' (Cross Gate), the medieval entry gate to Bruges which sits next to the windmills on the city ramparts.
Bauhaus has no private parking facilities. However, we offer free parking discs. Also, there are plenty of free parking possibilities in the hostel area. Feel free to come and ask out reception staff for more information.
We're located in the Old Medieval City Center of Bruges - a 10 minute walk away from the Market Place. Very easy to get from Brussels, Amsterdam, Paris or London. If you are already on Langestraat 135 in Bruges you can hire a bike and cycle 1h to get to the beautiful Belgian beach.
