AVAIL Hostel offers clean, comfortable and cheap accomodation for everybody who wants to discover Budapest, this charming and interesting city.
All our rooms are nicely furnished ideal for couples or friends travelling together. All the rooms have access to the well equipped guest kitchen, and free internet. All the apartments have their own kitchen.
Our English speaking staff will do their best to make sure your stay at our Hostel is going to be a pleasant and memorable one.

We will provide you with all the information you might need to see everything in our city, either if you want to visit the historical sites, experience our cultural events or want to party in a great club, we will help you find the right place.

Also very important: Our Hostel is a calm quiet place to stay so please no loud parties or drinking in the Hostel during the night.

We’re located in the city center - in the old Jewish district – that happens to be the cultural and entertaintment zone of Budapest.

The Opera House, the river Danube, the National Museum, the St Stephan Cathedral or Basilica, the meeting point for the free guided walking tours, the New York Café, the famous shopping street (Váci utca), Andrássy Ave the so-called: Champs-Élysées of Budapest, the Central Information, many of the best bars and most of the ruin pubs are within 5-8 mins walk from us.

From Keleti (east) railwaystation you take the red line metro – line number 3 – for two stops – Astoria stop – and walk back two corners. That’s Kazinczy st. There’s a TESCO supermarket on our corner. The Hostel is in the 4th building from TESCO. Ring 3 at the gate when you arrive please. We’ll let you in.
All in all it’ll take you about 15-20 mins.

From the International Bus Terminal at Népliget You’d take the blue line metro – line number 2 – toward Újpest-Központ for five stops (10mins).
You get off at Ferenciek sq stop.
From Ferenciek sq it’s about 7-8 mins walk or You can take the bus number 7 to Uránia stop, two stops away. Kazinczy st is accross the avenue from Uránia.
There’s a TESCO supermarket on our corner. The Hostel is in the 4th building from TESCO. Ring 3 at the gate when you arrive please. We’ll let you in.
All in all it’ll take you about 25-30 mins.

There’s no direct connection from the airport to the city center. At the airport You’d take bus 200E - E for express – and get off at the final stop – Kőbány-Kispest. There you take the blue line metro – line number 2.
You get off at Ferenciek sq stop. ( 9 stops, about 20 mins.)
From Ferenciek sq it’s about 7-8 mins walk or You can take the bus number 7 to Uránia stop, two stops away. Kazinczy st is accross the avenue from Uránia.
