The Museum Guest House 2 is located next to the Astoria metro station, just 5 minutes' walk from the Danube River and other important places such as the Grand Synagogue, the National Museum, St. Stephen's Basilica, the Central Hall Market, the Duna Corso and the Gellert and Rudas thermal baths. There are plenty of bars and clubs in the area.

We offer twin, double and triple private rooms as well as dormitories. Facilities include free WiFi, a common room with satellite television, a kitchen and security lockers.

Please let us know in advance of any changes to your booking or arrival time. Payment must be made in cash (Euros or Hungarian forints).

We do not have a curfew.

Prices are per person per night.

From the main railway station Keleti p.u.:
Take the red metro line (M2) -outside the railway station, to the left- in direction to D�li p.u. and get off at the 2nd stop 'Astoria'. Take the further exit to the right and find K�roly K�r�t No. 10


From D�li p.u. railway station:
Take the red metro line (M2) and get off at 'Astoria'. Then proceed as indicated above.

From Nyugati p.u. railway station:
Take the blue metro line (M3) in direction to 'K�b�nya-Kispest' and get off at 'De�k F. t�r'. Then take the left exit to the 'K�roly K�r�t' and walk along it down to the number 10.

From the International Bus Station 'N�pliget':
Take the blue metro line (M3) in direction to '�jpest-K�zpont' and get off at 'K�lvin t�r'. Then take the exit to the 'M�zeum K�r�t' and walk along it up to Astoria metro station. After Astoria the 'M�zeum k�r�t' changes name to 'K�roly k�r�t'. Find the number 10.

From the Ferihegy Airport:
By taxi: This is the best way if you are 2, 3 or 4 persons. (aprox. 17 euros to the hostel, plus a customary 10% tip. Check with the driver the aprox. cost before you board the taxi!)

By public transportation: you need to buy 2 tickets (one for the bus and one for the metro) from the ticket's machine at the bus stop outside the exit. Take the bus up to the last stop (K�b�nya-Kispest) -which is also the starting station of the blue metro line (M3). Then punch the 2nd ticket before boarding the metro. Get off at 'K�lvin t�r' and take the exit to the 'M�zeum k�r�t', walk along it up to 'Astoria' metro station. From Astoria the M�zeum k�r�t(avenue) changes name to K�roly k�r�t. Find the number 10.

By Airport Minibus: They have a desk right outside the exit from the customs. The fee is aprox. 10 euros per passanger up to the hostel.
