Located in Terminus Street right next to Cairns Central Ryan's Rest is part of the original railway estate built over 90 years ago to house railway workers. The building is a two story Classic Queenslander with 10 foot high ceilings and old world ambience. A unique accommodation experience that offers so much more than just "staying in another hotel."

The closest residential buildings to the centre of Cairns City and in a designated Character Precinct Terminus Street contains many renovated houses that have been restored to their original character.

Terminus Street is well lit and a short walk to all the bars, restaurants and shops in down town Cairns.
