Once you've reached the ADO bus station, make your way towards the central park (Parque de Las Palapas). Walk through Palapas, towards the clothing and handcraft stalls, behind you will reach a car park. Go through the carpark and walk down 2 blocks, until you reach Alcatraces street and you'll find the Hostal Balam signs. We are the long white building, number 50.

Hostal Balam is located at the heart of downtown Cancun, just 400 metres from the ADO central bus station. We are conveniently situated at the corner of the cultural park, within easy reach to numerous restaurants, local bars and the food stalls (Parque de Las Palapas). You'll find an easy way to the vibrant tourist zone and the beach by taking a bus at the high street just a minute walk from Balam.
