I have read posts where confirmed bookings were not in their system. I had booked online and reconfirmed by corresponding with the hotel via email. They even gave me a confirmation number. When I arrived, they had trouble locating my booking. Apart from that, I have no complaints.

Just for a warning to all future travellers. This hostel is located downtown, which is 30-60 min bus ride to get to the restorts. However all hostels are downtown and this had the best location,

the hostel is very clean, the staff helpful, the location good, next ADO bus station and downtown. the street is noisy but with the clim it is ok. if we had to come back in cancun we would spend the night there. ( you need to take the bus to go to the beach)

We arrived late at night, the place looked closed, we had a lot of trouble getting in. And the driver from the airport had never heard of this, so we had a lot of trouble finding it. This room was not clean, it had a noisy window unit AC so your choices for the room temperature was either FREEZING or very hot (and this was in January). It smelled of mildew. Also the bathroom window didn't shut/lock so that was a security concern. I guess the only positive(?) to this place is it's near the buses.
