L'Ancienne Boulangerie is a bed and breakfast full of character; it lies amidst the twisting streets of the medieval walled village of Caunes-Minervois: we are only 25 minutes from Carcassonne in the foothills of the Black Mountains....

We were formerly the old bakery for the village and it has been transformed into a peaceful haven with lots of old world charm

Established for 1990, we believe that we provide a first class service in a beautiful village in the Black Mountain area just east of Carcassonne.

Our rooms are decorated in the style of the area and the Terrace is a delightfully restful area

There is much to do including Pottery, Golf, Walking, Wine Tasting and Dining
