When guests arrive in Belize City, most travel to the Island of Caye Caulker by water taxi and we provide complimentary pick-up service to the hotel when guests arrive on the island.
Water taxis to Caye Caulker leave Belize City at 9am, 12noon, 3pm, & 5:30pm. The water taxi terminal is called 'San Pedro Belize Express Water Taxi' located at the Brown Sugar Market Place on North Front Street in Belize City. A taxi from the International Airport to the Water Taxi terminal will take approximately 20 to 25 minutes.
The cost of the boat ticket from Belize City to Caye Caulker is US$10 per person (one way) and the boat ride is approximately 45 minutes.
There is another water taxi terminal that's called 'Caye Caulker Water Taxi' located on North Front Street in Belize City as well. That one has boats that leave the city at 10:30am, 1:30pm, and 4:30pm.
We can arrange a Van to be waiting for guests at the Airport and transport them to the Water Taxi Terminal. The cost is US$35.00.
Another option for getting to the island is by flying directly from the International Airport in Belize City to the small Airport in Caye Caulker. The flight is approx 9 minutes (planes are 15 seaters) and the cost is US$120 per person (Round Trip).
