After reserving a private room online, we got an email saying that they actually only had shared rooms available. When we arrived that evening (at about 6:30 pm), there was no one at the reception. We waited for about 45 minutes, but then had the unwelcome experience of trying to find a hotel at 7 pm at night in a strange city. Fortunately, Le Chalet Suite is a couple doors down and is cheap and very nice ( almost luxurious). Matt, from Canada ~ 18th Oct 2009
