You can leave the A12 motorway (Genova-La Spezia) in Carrodano and then drive to Levanto-Monterosso. Though, the easiest and fastest way to reach us is taking the 'LA SPEZIA-SANTO STEFANO DI MAGRA' exit.
Driving the A15 motorway PARMA-LA SPEZIA, exit at the La Spezia-Santo Stefano Magra tollgate and head to La Spezia
Drive to “La Spezia” and follow the directions to 'Cinque Terre' . Drive along the coast and, after 3 km ride, enter the n.370 Litoranea road to 'Manarola'.
Park the vehicle and walk into the village. Walk through the two gates and go straight ahead towards the sea. You’ll get in a small square in front of “Aristide” restaurant.
Our rooms are just after the square, on the right, above a pottery shop.
By Train:
It’s the ideal means of transport in Cinque Terre. Trains run quite frequently, particularly during the summer. La Spezia, the terminal station, it’s on the Pisa-Genoa line and it’s a stopping station for all long distance trains.
Once you arrive in La Spezia, take a local train towards Genoa. Manarola s the second stop, the first is Riomaggiore (15 min. from La Spezia). Walk through the pedestrian tunnel, turn left towards the sea and cross the square. We are right after the square, above the pottery shop.

Cinque Terre are in the coast between Punta Mesco, a promontory on the west of Monterosso, and Portovenere: a 15 km steep coastline surrounded by the sea and the peaks of its mountains.
The Vara valley and the Gulf of La Spezia are on the inland of Cinque Terre. The steep and craggy coastline falls sheer into the sea and is characterized by terraced vineyards taking turns with uncultivated areas with heather, brooms and pines. This intense 4 km deep coast goes from the sea to 700-800 m high mountains.
