This is a very lovely part of the city, central and close to the shopping area and the Rhine strand! Because of our Central Location, you don't need to use any public transport or taxis. The apartment offers Internet and is located on the 2nd floor, with 36 sqm and a green, small balcony. There are 2 single beds each being 90cm wide which can be put together: to a couple bed of 180 x 200 cm You also have a full kitchen with a stove and oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine and more. There is also a TV. There is a daylight bathroom. There are many closed parking places at the front of the Apartment, for 16 Eur per day, or, as an alternative, very good price possibilities for parking in 350 meters distance, with a general cost of 4 Eur per day. The studio is incl. Coffee, Tea, Coffee milk and it is also incl. towels and bedlinen. There are also Hairdryer, Hoover, Iron and soon Washing machine with Dryer. Please note: Cancellation Policy: 3 days before the arrival (only by email, not by phone call) Check in: 2.00 pm Check out: 12.00 noon Note!
