Welcome to our family house where we welcome students and travelers who want to get to know the real Argentina. We live in a very comfortable, quiet and luminous home: with two 140 m2 floors, seven rooms, three bathrooms, kitchen, three family rooms fully equipped, balcony and terrace with Cordoba`s hills view, front yard with swimming pool, and grilling backyard. You could also learn spanish in here. The house is located in the residential district Cerro de las Rosas, one block away from one of Cordoba`s main avenues (Rafael Nuñez Av.) with plenty of trees and beautiful parks, 20 minutes away from downtown`s smog. The ubication is perfect to breath fresh air and enjoy of our facilities.

The area is famous for its well-known high schools such as Colegio Aleman, La Salle and Colegio del Carmen, other very prestigious high school in Cordoba is San Jose from Sol de Mayo, that is located in Alto Alberdi. Over the last decade, this neighborhood has experienced steady growth. It`s 5 minutes away from the area of Barrio La Carolina, where private gated communities such as Las Delicias and Lomas de La Carolina have hosted important celebrities and government officials such as former Argentine President Carlos Menem and the basketball legend Marcelo Milanesio from Asociación Deportiva Atenas.
