Gabriel house is situated on Summerhill, in the historic St. Luke's area of Cork city.
The hostel can be deceptively quiet for such a centrally located establishment. This is due in part to its setting, surrounded as it is by well-kept gardens and spacious private car parking facilities.
Given its position, overlooking the eastern section of Cork city and the harbour, it's not surprising that the view from most of the rooms is very impressive. From here you can gaze out over the docks and the spires of Cork's churches and cathedrals, and the vista continues right out over the new South Link Road, into the countryside and beyond the city towards Ringaskiddy.

The rooms are spacious, en-suite with a shower and TV .

Rate includes a continental breakfast with tea, coffee, hot chocolate, a choice of juices, cereals, fruit, yogurt, toast, brown bread and jams.
Full Irish breakfast available at €10.
Breakfast is served from 7.30 to 10am.
