From the airport walking: Head south on Huayna Capac (the road the airport is on) and walk until you see Honorato Vasquez across the street (about 2-3 km). Turn right on Honorato Vasquez and continue to Hermano Miguel and turn left the hostel will be on your right in the middle of the block.
From the bus station: Same as from the airport but less time walking on Huayna Capac.
Taxi: Tell the taxi to take you to Hermano miguely calle larga and to enter into hermano miguel. It should cost about $2-3 in the day and a bit more at late at night
Bus: there are several public blue busses that run to the center ask the driver if the bus is going to Calle Larga.
Taxi is probably the best option depending on how much stuff you have and is the only option late at night or early in the morning as walking can be dangerous at these times.
