Eazy's Place is located on the outskirts of Dar es Salaam about 12 km north of the City Center. Arriving at the international airport, the cheapest way to get to Eazy's Place is by Daladala, the local bus. So the whole journey is not more than 4000 TZS (2.50 USD). You will have to walk out of the airport area to the main road and try to stop a bus going to city centre there. The city centre is to the right when you have the airport at your back. Remember that they drive on the left side of the road in Tanzania, so you will have to cross the road. Look for people waiting for a bus and join them. You might as well try to ask about the buses to town. The daladalas are often already loaded with people going to town, so you might see some of them passing before you can get on to one. Mind your luggage - most likely they will throw it on the roof if it is possible or if you are lucky you get it inside somewhere. Are you traveling light this might work. Make sure you take a bus that goes to Posta (post office) - which is the city centre - or if you are lucky and the buses run from airport area, take a bus straight to Mwenge. Ask around: daladala mpaka Mwenge? There are signs at the front of the bus telling the destinations. If ending up at Posta find the bus for Mwenge, its around or arriving soon. It says Posta and Mwenge on the front of the bus. Be sure to arrive at Posta well before rush hours as it will be difficult to get on to a bus and you will have to wait for an hour or two or three - or you'll have to do like the locals: fight your way on to a bus.Arriving at Mwenge find the bus for Tegeta. They are located at one end of the area of buses, closer to the petrol station that you might see on the other side of the road by the crossroad. Be aware of pick-pocketing at Mwenge - don't look like a misplaced stranger. People are nice but perhaps a bit shy towards foreigners when traveling this way because not many tourists do. Remember to have easy accessible change for your tickets. You'll have to get off at Mbuyuni. If you are not sure where to get off, either ask the conductor, he will tell you - or a few minutes after passing the Karibu Art Gallery on your right (see picture) you will have to get off. Here Eazy will pick you up either by Bajaji or Pikipiki and take you to his place which is about 4km from Mbuyuni. If you come by car you go north via the new Bagamoyo Road, pass Africana until you see the Karibu Art Gallery on your right. You can park here, have a drink or some food and call Eazy, who will lead you to his place.
