Gorgeous spacious Townhouse situated between Denia and Pego on the Costa Blanca. With 3 large en suite bedrooms, all with either balconies or terrace (s), all spacious, private and weloming. A cosy lounge with a real log fire for those cooler nights and lots of shaded areas for those hot days. Lots of books, dvds, board games etc for you to avail of.
With local cafes/bars, outdoor pool, tennis courts, children's playground and shaded picnic area all within 2 minutes walking distance and just a short drive to numerous beaches, shopping malls, bars and cafes etc, we are ideally suited for you to have a relaxing break and explore as and when you wish to do so. Half way between Valencia and Alicante, we run a homestay offering a choice of just simply accommodation only, or help with property hunting, language courses, activities. Better than a noisy hotel or empty villa and with hosts that know the area, speak the language and can help you with anything you need. Ideal as a base and long term rates can be offered. Lots of things to do on the doorstep or nearby, including many land and watersports, markets, live music, spanish fiestas, climbing/walking routes and much much more. We have a relaxed atmosphere in the house, happy with children ( especially well-behaved ones ) as well as couples, solo travellers and groups. There is free wi-fi throughout the house and terraces, tea and coffee always available, as well as home-made bread and cakes. People with special dietary requirements can also be catered for if having the breakfast option. Use of the kitchen facilities including washing machine. Towels, hair-drier and toiletries in room. |

This property has specific Terms & Conditions.Breakfast is not included, although there will tea and coffee available, there is a bakery nearby and three cafes within a 2 min walk.
There is also a small shop and butchers in the village and the main supermarket is nearby.
Guests have full use of the kitchen, washing machine etc.

By car : Take the AP7 motorway from Valencia or Alicante, exit 62 for Denia/Ondara/Xabia towards Beniarbeig. At the bridge turn left for 6km until you reach the village Rafol de Almunia.
By train / bus : To Denia / Gata and then the village bus or we can pick you up.

Between Denia & Pego on the North Costa Blanca. An hour from either Valencia or Alicante and nearby to the beaches. In the heart of the valley, surrounded by mountains. Not too far from the touristy things when you want them and then the peace and quiet when you don't.
