About 1824, our building was erected on the old fortification of Alten-Dresden. It was originally intended to be a manor house with a small accompanying workshop. Since that time, the garden complex has been used by very various businesses. Between 2007 and 2009, this historical buildung underwent a complete reconstruction and conversion into a modern hotel. This work was done with a lot of passion and knowledge of historical structure. Surrounded by 19th century parks with old oaks, an oasis of quietness welcomes you at the very heart of the city. We offer you a choise of three different room catagories: dorm rooms, double rooms and single rooms, all have a sophisticated standard. After an interesting, maybe even challenging day in the historical city center, or in the sleepless, vibrant scene quarter of Neustadt scene or after a day out in the beautiful landscape surrounding Dresden, you may calm down and relax in the charme of our hotel. Finding our House is as easy as can be:
1.) By train (local or long-distance train):
� Leave the train at Dresden-Neustadt train station and take the exit to 'Schlesischer Platz'
� turn slightly to the right and cross two big roads at the traffic lights (the first one with a tram stop in the middle)
� Now you should be on the southbound road along the elevated railway tracks.
� After 100m you will see the sign for our car park, turn left and step into our garden -> You got it!
2.) By urban transport:
� Take the tramway lines 4, 6, 9 or 11 (each in both directions) and leave at 'Anton-/Leipziger Stra�e'
� With Nos. 4 and 9, you will see Theresienstra�e and our house from the tram stop, it is less than 100 m.
� With Nos. 6 and 11: Cross the road with the railway line in your back at the traffic lights, turn left and cross the other road, also at traffic lights, walk Robert-Blum-Stra�e 40 m and turn left into Theresienstra�e. You will see our house, you got it.

All the important sight of Dresden are close to our property. The historic city center with Frauenkirche, palace (with 'Green Vault', the Treasury of the former Saxon Royals), Zwinger with art collections and Semper Opera House is only 1 km away. And you can experience the Dresden nightlife in our scene quarter, also aboiut 1 km away. Dresden-Neustadt train station (300 m). Public transport (tram) at the next corner (100m). Direct roads to the Autobahn/motorway (see route planner on website). Airport Shuttle train stops at Dresden-Neustadt. Elberadweg (biking trail along river Elbe) nearby.
