If you need directions to Brookville House, just let us know your mode of transport and from where you are travelling and we will e-mail them to you by return.

When you come out of the Airport Complex, go Southbound on the M1, towards Dublin City, for about two km, where you will come to The M50. Get onto this and go Southbound again. Take Exit 14 marked the N31, then go straight through the next two roundabouts, first one marked the N31 and the second, marked the N11. You will come to a dual carriageway, which is the N11. Go straight through the N11 and into Newtownpark Ave., keep straight until you see a Texaco garage on your left, turn right at the set of traffic lights just past it and we are the last entrance on the right hand side before the next FULL set of traffic lights (four roads). There are two B&B signs, with a cream wall and lots of trees and ivy.
If for some reason you take a wrong turn and get lost and need to ask directions, we are situated on the Deansgrange Road at the new signalised junction with the Monkstown Ring Road and our mobile number is 00353872376481.
The Sat. Nav. co-ordinates for Brookville House are N53 17.163' and W 006 10.75. If you are using a sat nav and it does not let you enter coordinates, then input Blackrock when asked for city and 28 Brookville Park for the street. If your Sat Nav is a Tom Tom, we suggest putting in 1 Springhill Park for our address as this seems to work!
DALKEY AIRCOACH: The best coach to catch is the Dalkey Aircoach (blue in colour) right outside the arrivals door to the left, it goes every hour on the hour (it only takes 35 mins and costs 8 euro one way or 14 euro return per person- if you text us when you are on the coach we will collect you if we can- you get off at the Monkstown stop which is just outside a pub called Goggins and we will be waiting for you in a black S class Mercedes (otherwise you get off at the Frascati Shopping Centre Blackrock, where you can catch the 4 bus (which goes every 15 mins) and get off at the Deansgrange Link Road stop (3 min bus journey) which is right across the road from us , (the Deansgrange Link Road stop is the first time the bus turns left and you will see us straight across the road through the big set of traffic lights, Brookville House has cream wallls, tall evergreen trees and two B&B signs).
The Dalkey Aircoach (a big blue bus) timetable is
TAXI: Should you wish to take a taxi from the Airport, the cheapest taxi number to ring is 00 353 1 454 2525, it should cost you between 36 euro and 40 euro for a saloon car for 4 people or between 40.00 euro and 45.00 euro (it depends on the time of day) on a fixed fare basis for a taxi for 8 people. Tell the taximan to go to Brookville House on the Deansgrange Road, near Blackrock, if he rings us on our mobile 00353872376481 when he is leaving the Airport we will assist him with the quickest route here, you must tell him that it is a fixed fare as a taxi could cost you a lot more than that on the meter.
You can pick up any phone when in Ireland and ring us for free on 1800312000.

The easiest way to reach us from the city centre is to take the 4 bus from O Connell Bridge (bridge over the Liffey on the main street of Dublin), take bus number 4, which will travel out in a bus-corridor, and drop you opposite the Entrance to Brookville House in 20-25 mins. This bus goes every 15 minutes on weekdays. If you get off at the Stradbrook, (when the first time bus turns left off the Deansgrange Road also called the Deansgrange Link Road Stop) and look behind you, across the road through the traffic lights, you will see our B&B signs. Brookville is a large cream building with lots of trees and ivy, the first entrance on the left. It also goes on weekends, however on Saturdays and Sundays the 46A provides a more frequent service into the city centre at 10 minute intervals (in Dublin you catch it on D'Olier St), this is a 5 minute walk away (at the Deansgrange Crossroads, you will see the Grange Pub) straight down the Deansgrange Road. The 45 bus also goes from outside our gate and this goes as far as Merrion Square in Dublin City Centre. On Fridays and Saturdays nitelink buses such as 84N run from midnight to 4am in the morning from D'Olier Street just beside O Connell Bridge on the Trinity side, these drop you a 5 minute walk from us. A taxi fare from Dublin City Centre to Brookville House should cost 14 - 20 euro for a car for 4 people, the number to ring is 01-4542525.

From Connolly Station, take the DART (electric train) to Blackrock and then take the 4 bus as detailed above or you can take the D.A.R.T. (electric train) to Dun Laoghaire and outside the Station, take the bus number 63, for 8 minutes and get off at the shop called Primetime Quick Pick', the Abbey Road stop. The bus will turn left, but you walk straight through the roundabout and down the hill called Stradbrook Hill, for four minutes and you will see Brookville House across the road from the new signalised junction. There are two B&B Signs; cream walls around the house, with lots of trees and ivy, it is the first entrance on the left after you go straight through the traffic lights. We often will collect you from Blackrock Station if you ring us when leaving Connolly Station.

Come out of Dublin Port and turn left.
You will come to a roundabout (at the 02 Arena), go straight through roundabout and over River Liffey to East Link Toll Bridge.
At the next roundabout take the third exit signposted Dun Laoghaire. At the next traffic lights turn left onto the Sandymount Road.
When you go over the level crossing turn left onto the Rock Road. Drive straight pass the two Blackrock shopping Centres,
up Temple Hill, keep to the right on the main road signposted Wexford and the Deansgrange Road.
Drive for about 900m and just after Singletons Estate Agents you will see a new signalised traffic junction, turn right and we are the first entrance on the left. (You can see Brookville House from the Deansgrange Road. There are two B&B signs, with a cream wall and lots of trees and ivy).
If you go too far you will see the new Nissan garage showrooms on your left and Deansgrange cemetery on the right. Just double back in the direction youve just come about 80m and turn left at the traffic lights, and we are the first entrance on the left.
When you come out of the Ferry Terminal, turn right and then right again, over the bridge, then turn immediately left at the next fork in the road. You will come to a traffic-lights, go straight through, until you come to a traffic-lights, where there is a small church, on the right, turn right, then straight through the next two roundabouts and you are looking at Brookville House across the road, the first entrance on the left straight through the new signalised traffic junction.
If for some reason you take a wrong turn and get lost and need to ask directions, we are situated at the new signalised traffic junction on the Deansgrange Road where it meets the new Monkstown Ring Road and our mobile number is 00353872376481.
The Sat. Nav. co-ordinates for Brookville House are N53 17.163' and W 006 10.75. If you are using a sat nav and it does not let you enter coordinates, then input Blackrock when asked for city and 28 Brookville Park for the street. If your Sat Nav is a Tom Tom, we suggest putting in 1 Springhill Park for our address as this seems to work!
We are at the new signalised traffic junction just off the Deansgrange Road (at the crossroads of Deansgrange Road with the Monkstown Ring Road) just before the new Nissan Garage. We have two private secure floodlit car parks, where you can safely leave your car free of charge, during the day, if you need to do so.
