We have the best location for visiting the Guinness Storehouse, Jameson Distillery, Temple bar and the Brazen Head - Ireland's oldest pub!!
We were voted Dublin's best hostel in February 2011 and Lets go guidebook states 'Best hostel in Dublin'. Great!
We provide free Internet and Wi-Fi, free international phone calls to over 40 countries, free breakfast, free guided walking tours and free city maps.
Tuesday is free pancake/pizza night, Wednesday is discounted pub crawl night and Thursday is free BBQ and discount beers night. Cool!
Enjoy the latest movies with surround sound, Wii games, foosball, a pool table, board games, a book swap library in our reading room and even free guitars to make yourself more attractive to the opposite sex!
If you feel like cooking we've got a large self-catering kitchen and dining area; we can also provide packed lunches and arrange meals for groups.
Drinks and snacks are available anytime from our vending machine.
Plus there's bottled water to combat that morning-after feeling after a night out on our Hostels Pub Crawl!
Our facilities include a smoking area, laundry facilities, car parking, an elevator, recycling facilities, a printer for boarding passes, plus discounts on all major tourist attractions, pub crawls every night, day tours and car hire arranged right at our desk.
Reception is open 24hrs a day, making sure there's excellent security at all time. There's an airport shuttle bus direct from the hostel, from very, very early in the morning until late at night - just ask us about it!
Our twin and double rooms have bunk beds. The 16-bed dorm and the 12-bed dorm are interconnected and share the same shower rooms, please be aware of this before you book. For this reason these two rooms are not suitable for large groups. Breakfast is included in the price and has a great choice of cereals, etc.
Please note that children under 18 cannot share in dorms, they must be booked into a private room.

From the Airport:
Taxi: There is a taxi rank outside the arrivals hall. It will cost around 25.
Bus: Hop on the No. 747 Bus directly outside the airport and ask to be let off at Merchant's Quay. It will cost €6. He will probably let you out on Ushers Quay which is just past our hostel. When you get off the bus, turn left and walk back to the hostel past the traffic lights.
There is also a 24hr bus service, the Aircoach Express Bus, that brings you to O'Connell street for €7.
A cheaper option is the regular bus #41 or #16A which will drop you at O'Connell Street. This bus costs €2.20. You can then take the Luas (tram) from Abbey street straight down to the Four Courts stop. Cross over the river and you should see us.
Alternatively, a short walk along the river from O'Connell street will get you to us.
Walking from O'Connell Bridge:
Turn right after you cross the bridge so that the river is on your right side. Walk down along the riverside until you've passed four bridges. Once you pass the 4th bridge we'll be on your left-hand side, halfway between it and the next bridge. There is a big sign so you won't miss it.
From the Bus Station: The No. 90 will cost just €1.10, or a taxi should cost around €6. You can also take the Luas (Tram) (€1.50) and get off at The Four Courts stop.We are just across the river.
From the Train Station:The No. 90 bus runs between both Heuston and Connolly Stations and it passes right outside our door! The Tram also runs between Heuston and Connolly but you must cross the river from The Four Courts stop.
From The Dublin ferry port: Outside the Port you can get No. 53 or 53A Bus which will leave you in the city centre, a short walk from the Four Courts Hostel. If you are driving follow the signs to the city centre which will lead you to the south bank of the River Liffey, pass four traffic bridges and we are on the left!
A good option for large groups is to ask us to arrange for a private minibus to collect you and drop you at our doorstep. This costs €8 per person or €15 return trip.
Getting from the hostel back to the Airport:
Have you got a ridiculously early flight out of Dublin?
We have an Airport shuttle bus service that leaves from our hostel every hour from 3:30am - 6:30am.
Journey takes 30 minutes and costs €7 per person.
