Stayed in the 10-bed mixed dorm. The place had a good atmosphere and felt very safe. About a 10-15 minute walk to all of the sights. I would recommend this place.

Was todl that the location was quite dodgy but didn't see any evidence of that. It was very secure. Location was very close to buses, city centre etc. Clean and really nice rooms

Shower was not clean and clogged up so I was sloshing around in other peoples scum. Also the place is a huge maze and it took me forever to find anything like food or computer room etc.

Please take the butter out of the fridge half an hour before serving!! It was like trying to spread ice on cotton wool!. Thicker sliced bread would also help and could you please, please make the tea stronger? For the rest we had a wonderful time and enjoyed your hotel greatly. We found the staff very helpful!!
