About The Holyhead

Located just around the corner from Connolly Train station and the Bus Depot (BusAras), the Holyhead hostel was originally a base for those travelling by boat to Wales. The famous Temple Bar is located just 5 minutes walk away also.
Answering the call of the age of travelling, the easygoing staff gave a twist to the interior and the atmosphere of the old Guest house, and created a cool and cosy little hostel, Dublin's smallest.

It was a great holiday we spent at the Holyhead Hostel, the staff was really friendly and helpful. The rooms are small, but clean. It is a cheap, but excellent place to stay in Dublin. I can definitely recommend it, I would stay here again! Zoltán György, from Hungary ~ 28th Mar 2010

This place is old, but in a great location. The heat wasn't working and I'm not sure if my sheets were cleaned prior to my arrival. Only stayed one out of the two nights I purchased. Statuequa, from USA ~ 16th Nov 2009
