Each of our rooms has its own entrance. Rooms are very clean, not expensive and safety. Suitable for guests who come to their own car, because we provide free parking in front of the house. We provide: 1.) Deluxe doble bed private ensuite Nice room with private bathroom. Also with TV and aircondition. Separate entrance! Free WiFi internet from 0-24! 2.) Twin room private ensuite Nice studio apartment with two beds, full equipment kichen, private bathroom, TV, aircondition. Separate entrance! There is table and chairs outside where you can sit and enjoy! Free Wi Fi internet from 0-24! 3.) Apartment for 3 or 4 persons ( Deluxe 3 Bed Private Ensuite or 4 Bed Private Ensuite) It consists of a bedroom which has an exit to a balcony with a magnificent view of the harbor, a living room with full equipment kichen that exits to a spacious terrace and private bathroom . This apartment is equipped with two Air conditions and two TVs. Also separate entrance! The apartment is located in the quiet of our mediterranean garden so it provides ideal conditions for relaxing holiday. Great accommodation for group of friends or family. Free WiFi internet from 0-24! Local bus stop in front of our guesthouse and every 10 minutes bus number 6 pass in front and take you in old town in few minutes! Beach COPACABANA and other nice beaches are close to our guesthouse! Near our house, there are restaurants, supermarket, promenade, post office, bank, pharmacy, tennis court,diving club and many beautiful walking areas closeby. N otice ! 1.) Air condition is extra 5 euro daily per one air condition( heating is not include in price - it is extra 5 euro per day per room!) 2.) Breakfast on request for 5 euro per person. 3.) If you stay just one night you will pay 20% more on the price, on due! 4.) Tourist tax: is included in the prices. 5.) Apartment rental includes: bed linen (exchange every 7 days), towels (exchange twice a week), electricity, water. Parking is free of charge. 1.) By car:
From the direction of Zagreb, Rijeka, Split � Dubrovnik: If you are coming from the direction
of Split, after crossing the Dubrovnik bridge descend into the town and follow the signs for Lapad
and/or Babin Kuk hotels. At the fifth traffic light, by the Minčeta department store, turn right and
drive to the traffic light in Lapad, after which you turn right. Then follow this main street. We are Iva Dulčića 29.
2.) By bus or ferry:
From main bus station or port take bus No 7 ( not drive after 7 pm and 10 minutes!- after that time take bus No 1a, 1b or 1c to Pile and then No. 6 for Babin kuk- Dubrava.
We are 2 bus stops before the last one. Exit after seeing RENAULT car shop from the bus ( on the right side) and little come back to house number 29.
You can also take taxi to Iva Dulčića 29.
3.) From Dubrovnik airport:
Airport is about 25 km from Dubrovnik so taxi from there to our guesthouse is usually about 35 euro.
You can also take bus 'Atlas' ( about 5 euro per person) to Dubrovnik old town- Pile, and than from Pile to our guesthouse by bus No. 6. We are 2 bus stops before the last one. Exit after seeing RENAULT car shop from the bus ( on the right side) and little come back to house number 29.
If you stay just one night you will pay 20% more on the price, on due!
Tourist tax: is not included in the prices and is paid 1 euro per person/day.
