Travelling by public transportation:
From Hauptbahnhof (main rail station) take bus 725 direction Hafen. Change at Kirchplatz to the buses 835 or 836 direction Seestern.
Get off at Jugendherberge.

From Hauptbahnhof (main rail station) take the U-Bahn (the underground trains) number U70, U74, U75, U76, or U77 direction Oberkassel (generally leave from Gleis 3 (platform 3)
Change at Belsenplatz to the buses 835 or 836 direction Jugendherberge

If travelling light, from Hauptbahnhof (main rail station) take the U-Bahn (the underground train) number U70, U74, U75, U76, or U77 direction Oberkassel (generally leave from Gleis 3 (platform 3). Get off at Luegplatz and walk about 10 min along the Rhein river on the Kaiser-Wilhelm-Ring.
The Youth Hostel is right at the end (where the Dsseldorfstrasse crosses the Kaiser-Wilhelm-Ring).

Located directly next to the River Rhine our Youth Hostel offers a great view of the Old Town and the MedienHafen. All sights are within walking distance. The trade fair center Messe Düsseldorf and the Düsseldorf International Airport (DUS) can also be easily reached by public transport.
