Bus Station Backpackers Edinburgh Hostel
|
Bus Station Backpackers Edinburgh Hostel is a quiet, cosy property offering just 16 beds in small dormitories.
Welcome to the smallest and cosiest hostel in Edinburgh. Please note that reception hours are 8am-8pm (after which you will receive a key to come & go as you like). Please don't try to book if you intend to arrive outside of these hours. Make our hostel your home for your Edinburgh visit and it will feel more like you are staying with friends than anything else. It’s quiet and intimate and is a very cosy place to chill out, you won’t find the word ‘noisy’ in any of our Hostelworld reviews. Our hostel has only 18 beds and is perfect for solo travellers and small groups. The largest group that we will accept is four people. We have free internet, free Wi-Fi, free tea and coffee and free laptop lockers. Our free breakfast includes freshly baked homemade bread and jam, tea, coffee, milk, muesli, corn flakes, & ever-popular cocopops. There’s also brand-new, brilliant showers, spacious dorms, an amazing movie collection and of course...location, location, location! Everyone gets their own safe, big enough for your laptop, phone and passport, etc; it’s digital, so you don’t need a padlock. We can provide information about the free city tour. We aim to provide a unique environment for travellers from all over the world to meet each other and become friends when they come to visit the ancient capital of bonnie Scotland. That’s why we have a minimum stay of two nights. We believe it’s much easier to get comfortable in a place if everyone is there for a little longer. It makes for a much better atmosphere if everyone feels a little like they’re at home rather than have people who are using our hostel just for the convenience of its location. As our name would suggest, we are located only 90m from the main bus station (St. Andrews) and 250m from Waverley Train Station. This is a beautiful hostel. We’ve decorated it with artefacts from all over the world from our own extensive travels. If you’re a traveller or travel-minded, you’ll love it . Our hostel is not suitable for stag parties, hen parties and sports groups. Please don't make reservations for such groups as these will not be honoured. We only facilitate check-in between the hours of 8am and 8pm 24 hours notice of cancellation required. Failure to cancel within this time will result in a cancellation charge equal to the first night of your stay. |
