The Grosvenor Gardens Hotel offers a warm and professional welcome to both tourist and business visitors.

This Victorian hotel offers generous proportions and rooms that are individually decorated and appointed to a very high standard. All bedrooms have en-suite showers / WC's. Directions From Edinburgh Airport:
A taxi from the Airport will take 15- 20minutes and cost about 12 . Alternatively guests can get the airport bus from outside the arrival lounge in Edinburgh airport. Number 100 bus which has regular services of every 10 minutes between 1000hrs and 2130hrs & has services 24hrs a day, will take you directly to our hotel.( For precise travel times, you can visit their website at www.flybybus.com). The journey is about 25 minutes and an open return ticket currently costs 5 per person. Alight at Haymarket train stations bus stop when Haymarket is announced. Walk a few yards back in the direction you come in, turn right into Rosebery Crescent (a short street, length of 5 terrace doors), Grosvenor Gardens Hotel is at the top left hand corner. Please use the main entrance.

Grosvenor Gardens Hotel is situated in a beautiful and peaceful part of the west end. It takes about 10 minutes walk to Princes Street (city centre). Most of the shops, restaurants and tourist attractions are located in and around that area.

It is located conviniently closed to Haymarket train station, and business center and on bus route to the Edinburgh Airport. The Edinburgh International conference Centre is less than 5 minutes walking distance.
